Six-Week Training Program

Have you ever wanted to run a 5K?

 Sign up, enjoy a foam rolling demonstration, followed by a 30-minute training session!

$45 fee for 6 weeks of training, for the beginner. Meet every week on Saturdays at 9 am.  Run/walk style training, broken into groups based on ability.  Non-intimidating, encouraging approach to running a 5K.

Your participation in the Sole Striders Training entitles you to a Tech shirt, in-store discounts and weekly education on fueling, hydration, and much, much more.
